The KAP-52.11I includes 5-1/4" 2-way car speakers. Handling up to 165 Watts peak power and 55 Watts RMS. Also, possessing a response frequency of 55 - 25000 Hz, these speakers will exceed all expectations. The sensitivity arrives at 94 dB while the impedance registers 2 Ohms. With Injected Carbon Glass Matrix making up the speaker baskets, quality is assured. The Injected Carbon Glass creates a solid structure for the speaker baskets. It is more durable than stamped steel and maintains its shape regardless of mounting surface. The Woofers are composed of Hi-roll rubber surround and Plus One+ polypropylene. Rubber woofer surrounds distribute a distinct sound. Plus One+ Woofer Cones distribute a quality performance and make a great addition to the existing features. Oversized Plus One+ woofers yield an enhanced midrange sound as well as a wider area for peak bass output. With Formed Glass Fiber woofer cone construction, the woofers will remain lightweight and perform spectacularly. Although the woofer cones feature a lightweight design, they are stiff so they provide low distortion. Included with this speaker pair are the 1" edge-driven textile dome tweeters. In addition to existing tweeter features, UniPivot technology allow the tweeters to be positioned in just about any angle desired. The 1" edge-driven textile dome tweeters provide smooth clarity and vocals. Modifications during installation are basically non-existent with the mounting brackets included.
