General Features
The Infinity Primus PR8602CF comes with 5”x7”/6”x8” 2-way car speakers. These speakers fall into the 2-way speaker category. Plus One Woofer Cone technology is used with these speakers. Plus One+ Woofer Cones are able to provide more area than similar speakers that fit in the same openings. In addition, Plus One+ woofers deliver an enhanced midrange sound as well as a wider area for peak bass output. The woofer construction uses polypropylene. With polypropylene cones performance and uniformity is excellent. The material used in the design of the woofers provide a great sound. Included with this unit are Semi-Dome textile tweeters. The Semi-Dome textile tweeters provide smooth clarity and vocals. The speakers are capable of handling up to 360 Watts peak power and 120 Watts RMS. A 3-Ohm voice coil is also featured in these speakers which compensate for high in-line resistance. Also, possessing a response frequency of 49 - 21000 Hz, these speakers will deliver a quality performance. The impedance registers 3 Ohms while the Sensitivity pushes 93 dB. The speakers have a top-mount depth of 2-7/16”. This speaker set is a great representation of the Primus Line.
